The CBR Fashion Group stands behind all of our civic, ecological and societal responsibilities. All of our business relationships are based on the CBR Code of Conduct. The CBR Code comprises all of the key principles and standards of the agreements and norms of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other related UN conventions on children’s rights and the elimination of discrimination.

We work with a three-pillar concept to continuously strive for zero harmful substances in our products:
1. Our products undergo chemical and physical tests carried out by independent test laboratories around the world
2. We make preferential use of materials that are certified to the OEKO-TEX Standard 100
3. Quality testing is carried out by the brands themselves

People should be able to develop and progress with us. This requires partner-like business relationships, fair production conditions and solid future prospects. This is why the trust of our employees, shareholders, business partners and customers is a top priority for us.
OUR CLAIM: WE CHECK FOR OURSELVES
We work and cooperate exclusively with production partners, whose working conditions conform to our social standards. We have production premises checked as early as in the process of selecting our suppliers and subsequently continuously by experienced auditors of our independent service partner ELEVATE Ltd. (www.elevatelimited.com), so as to ensure that our requirements are met. ELEVATE Ltd. is one of the world’s leading testing institutes which focuses its activities especially on a sustainable supply-chain management. When visiting production facilities, the auditors gain an insight into the working conditions on site and can establish on the basis of a comprehensive catalog of criteria, whether and to what extent our requirements are satisfied. Should possible deviations from our standards be identified, an action plan aimed at remedying such infringements is jointly worked out and will be implemented by the supplier within a set period of time. In a final step, the auditors examine the improvement activities once again.
